First Step: 13 October 2006

1-Removal fo 85 and immediate implantation  ITI Staumann Wide Neck 10mm, @ 4.8 mm - S10.

2-BGR: Bone Graft Regeneration . Increase the  lower and anterior bone from 1mm to 4mm with 2 Bio Oss high granulations and prepare the place for future implants on 41, 31 and 32.

Good healing.

No injuries on the 14 of October.

Medicamentation:

Augmentin 625 mg , Maxillase 3000 and Corsodyl [mouthwash]
